Sub Rosa Spirits uses the Integrity space to produce a line of culinary inspired, savory vodkas. Their Tarragon Vodka uses organic tarragon for a slightly licoriced yet herbal flavor with just a touch of mint. The Saffron Vodka is totally unique in the spirit world, with notes of toasted cumin, a mid-palate of lemony coriander and the aromatics of saffron with grace notes of ginger and black peppercorn. This vodka is as complex as a gin with a mélange of flavors that echoes India and Asia.
