House Spirits Distillery came about in 2004 in Corvallis, OR with the Russian/Polish-style Medoyeff Vodka. A year later the distillery moved to Portland, Oregon and began production of the Dutch-inspired Aviation Gin. Then came the little brother—Swedish-style Krogstad Aquavit.

And now just about every month, House Spirits releases a small batch, limited-edition spirit in their Apothecary Line available only in their tasting room. At House Spirits, “We honor Old World philosophies for our New World spirits and we hope you enjoy.”
